Crisis meeting in South Korea - fear new nuclear tests in North
Crisis meeting in South Korea coincides with several media reports that tell that north Korea plans for a new nuclear test in the very near future.
Canadian government sources told CNN that North Korea may now be ready for new tests of nuclear weapons at any time.
One of the major newspapers in South Korea, the JoongAng Ilbo, reported also to have sources that the North Korean military is asked to be "ready for war."
South of the border, President Lee Myung-bak instructed his defense to make sure that all parts of the system are on high alert.
