Hamas TV channel Al-Aqsa report today that "Hamas would welcome martyrdom operation" and called the bomb a natural reaction to the killing of Palestinian civilians.

Peaceful in six years
The bomb comes on day eight of the war in the Gaza Strip and it is unclear how this will affect peace talks in Cairo, which was expected to be finalized today.
Tel Aviv has by many been considered Israel's peaceful and liberal city that has as much been affected by war and extremism that would otherwise have characterized the region.
The last time the city, regarded as Israel's financial center, was hit by a bomb in April 2006 when a Palestinian suicide bomber killed 11 people near a kiosk in the center.
