Boubaker Keita won elections in Mali

Former Prime Minister Ibrahim Boubaker Keita won the presidential election in Mali, and rival Soumaila Cisse acknowledge defeat and congratulated him with victory.
The final results of the second round were not disclosed. Keita won the first round and then got 39.8 percent of the vote, while Cisse came in second place with 19.7 percent.
Cisse claimed after the first round, a victim of extensive election fraud, which the state election commission rejected.
Peaceful election against all odds
International election observers said they satisfied after Sunday's second round and thought it had gone right for him.
Both the selection rounds went peacefully, which was not always the case in a country that has been marked by chaos following last year's military coup.
